Return & Refund Policy for My Store

At My Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase of OOFOS footwear and accessories. Please review the following procedures and conditions carefully before requesting a return or refund.

Return Eligibility and Timeframe

You may request to return your order within 30 calendar days of delivery. To receive a full refund, please ensure that:

The items are brand new, unused, and undamaged.
Products are returned in their original condition and packaging whenever possible.
Returns are not accepted for customized or made-to-order products, digital downloads, gift cards, promotional rewards, clearance or final sale items, or goods damaged after delivery due to user fault.

How to Request a Return

Include your order number, the specific item you want to return, and the reason for your request. We will provide you with detailed return instructions. Do not ship your item back without prior authorization.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us immediately by emailing jonasuleg@gmail.com along with photos of the issue and your order details. We will assess the situation and offer an appropriate solution.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product was received damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please retain proof of return shipment for your records.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are usually processed within 7-10 business days back to your original payment method.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
