Product Information and Order Acceptance

My Store offers products including Slides, Thongs, Boots, Clogs, Slippers, Shoes, and Gift Cards from vendors such as OOFOS. We work hard to provide accurate descriptions, pricing, and stock availability, but errors may occur.

Your order is an offer to purchase that we must accept based on current inventory and price confirmation before it is finalized.

Order Processing and Shipping

Once your order is accepted, we will process it within 1-3 business days. Shipping typically takes between 7-12 business days to arrive.

Shipping charges depend on your selected delivery options and will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

Returns and Refunds

You must request authorization to return any items within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
Returns will only be accepted if products are unused, unchanged, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

After we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us. After the 24-hour period, cancellations might not be possible as your order may already be processed.

All content on My Store’s website, including text, images, trademarks, code, and designs, is owned by My Store or its licensors and is legally protected. Unauthorized use of this content is prohibited.
